If a contact form is used, BOI will ask only for the information needed to understand and respond to your message.
Keep sensitive information out of general enquiries.
Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card details, private keys, highly sensitive personal information, confidential client data or other secrets through a general contact form or ordinary email.
If BOI ever needs sensitive information to resolve a specific support issue, we will provide an appropriate route and explain what is actually required.
REPORT A CORRECTION
Found something that may be outdated or incorrect?
Cyber security, technology, regulation and guidance change. Tell us the page or guide title, the relevant section, what you believe may be incorrect and, where possible, a source that helps explain the issue.
Evidence over assumption. If something may be wrong, we would rather know about it and check.
